Complete dismantling of motor.
Removal of burnt/damaged winding.
Thorough cleaning of stator and rotor.
Rewinding Process
Use of high-grade, Class H (180°C) copper winding wire.
Varnish insulation with heat curing for moisture and chemical resistance.
Proper slot insulation with Nomex/Mylar Class H materials.
Bearing Replacement (if required)
Replacement with SKF/FAG high-quality bearings.
Reassembly & Alignment
Precision reassembly ensuring correct air gap and rotor balance.
Testing & Quality Check
No-load and load testing.
Vibration and temperature check.
Final insulation resistance test.
Fully rewound and tested Kaeser compressor motor.
Test report for insulation, resistance, and load performance.
6–12 months service warranty (depending on agreement).
