We will perform complete rewinding and/or repairing services for the electric motor of your Kaishan screw air compressor, following OEM specifications and industry best practices.
Work process will include:
Initial Inspection & Testing
Insulation resistance test with Megger.
Bearing condition check.
Rotor and stator visual inspection.
Winding resistance measurement.
Motor Dismantling
Safe removal of rotor, stator, and bearings.
Detailed documentation of winding layout and technical parameters.
Rewinding Process
Removal of old winding and cleaning of the core.
Use of new high-grade Class H enamel copper wire.
Installation of heat-resistant insulation materials.
Slot liner, wedge, and coil binding.
Vacuum pressure impregnation with Class H varnish.
Repair Works (If Required)
Rotor dynamic balancing.
Shaft repair or replacement.
Bearing housing re-machining.
Bearing replacement (SKF/NTN or equivalent).
Final Assembly & Testing
Rotor dynamic balancing verification.
High voltage test (Hi-Pot).
No-load run test.
Vibration and noise check.
Load test if applicable.
Fully serviced/repaired motor meeting Kaishan OEM performance standards.
Test report with pre- and post-repair measurements.
Six (6) months service warranty for rewinding work (conditions apply).
Class H high-grade copper winding wire.
Nomex/Mica insulation materials.
OEM or equivalent bearings.
Electrical varnish for impregnation.
